COMPETITIONS ON FUN RADIO

SEPTEMBER 2007 – AUGUST 2008

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with GCap Media plc's ("GCap Media") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.funradiolive.com) (“the Website”) apply to all online competitions on the FUN radio competition page ("the Competition") which will run from the announced/published start date until the announced/published end date (“the Duration”). The "Participating Radio Station" is FUN radio.

By entering this Competition, anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Details of the Competition

1 For the Duration of the Competition, listeners to the Participating Radio Station will be invited to enter the Competition by registering their details online as requested and answering the Competition question (“the Question”).

2 Once registered, Entrants must choose the correct answer to the Question from the multiple choice options listed as (a), (b) or (c) and submit their responses by no later than the stated closing date of the Competition.

3 A winner (“the Winner”) will be selected at random by the Participating Radio Station and will either be announced on air or notified by way of private correspondence. The Winner’s prize shall be as described in paragraph 3 below.

4 All matters relating to the selection of the Winner and all other matters relating to the Competition will be at the sole discretion of GCap Media and/or the Participating Radio Station.

Eligibility

1 This Competition is only open to children aged up to 14 years old.

2 All Entrants must ask their parents’/legal guardian’s permission before entering the Competition and/or submitting any of their personal details.

3 Any employees of or individuals engaged by GCap Media, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the Competition.

4 The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland only.

5 Notwithstanding that a Winner has been declared, if GCap Media discovers before the delivery of a prize that for any reason under these Rules or Terms and Conditions the Winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, GCap Media reserves the right to disqualify that the Winner and the prize will be forfeited accordingly.

6 GCap Media and the Participating Radio Station shall not be responsible for any entries which are not received by the stated closing date of the Competition.

Prize

1 The prize shall be as set out on the Competition webpage within the Website.

2 All decisions of the GCap Media and Participating Radio Station’s representatives will be final and binding on the Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
